We needed some complex interior renovations in our 1902 home as a result of removing an old woodburning stove, involving refinishing the ceilings, repairing vintage wood flooring, restoring and repainting walls, and rewiring for modern pot lights. As is often the case with an older home, there were some surprises as we went along, including the need to reinforce a support wall and restoring an original skylight that hadn't been touched in 50 years.  "Amazing service! Our basement toilet was wobbling for a few weeks and we could not tighten the floor bolt so we knew there was definitely a problem that required a professional. We couldn't have picked a better company to help us out - Kevin was amazing. Turns out the tile under the toilet was installed on a very uneven floor with 3/4" slope and the toilet flange below was also broken in two spots and wasn't level with the floor. Kevin took the time to carefully level out the entire area to minimize the number of tiles he'd have to replace. He removed the old flange and cleared around the existing plumbing to ensure that the new flange would align with the new tile he installed. All his work created a solid base for our new toilet and will last years to come. He didn't overcharge us either despite spending 2.5 days on this job which ran into his holidays! Can't thank you enough for the beautiful, professional job you did! I highly recommend his services and will definitely be referring you to all of my friends!"​
